Once you have bought a portable greenhouse, clean up the space in the backyard where you will put it. Make sure to level the ground and remove any other outcroppings in the area. Save a space where there is no tree growing inside. Finally, assemble the portable greenhouse according to the instructions that come with the boxes. Set it up carefully so as to ensure that the greenhouse is sturdily built, and won’t fall apart in the first storm. Once done, transfer your seedlings into the greenhouse. Put tables and racks for the seedling trays.
It’s very important to put some form of irrigation inside the greenhouse. This could be a pipe dug underneath the soil, which rises up to a faucet in the middle of the greenhouse. Or, it could be a very long hose connected to the nearest valve. Set the trays and the seedlings in place, and wait for a time until they grow. It’s a good idea to plant them at least 2 months before your area’s frost date. Sit back and watch until your new greenhouse becomes your nice little paradise inside your property.
Portable greenhouses come in many sizes. It’s not a problem if you don’t have a very big backyard or front yard. Just find a greenhouse that is amply sized to fit your available space. It can be put in one corner of a 3-season porch or room. During the winter months, you can turn the otherwise vacant space into a heated place in the backyard, where you can spend a few minutes to look at the plants every day. It can be a substitute garden too. It’s low cost and great benefits make it very popular among homeowners today.
